WorldLink Communications Limited, Nepal’s leading Internet service provider, has opened its new customer service center in Pushpalal Chowk, Biratnagar, an industrial city in Nepal.
Inauguration of the Customer Service Center on Tuesday, Shankar Raj Shivakoti, Eastern Regional Head of the Company, said that customers in the northern part of Biratnagar and surrounding areas would be closer to them and would make their service and customer relationships more profound and trustworthy.
Currently, the company provides additional services, including Internet-based NetTV from 10 Mbps to 100 Mbps, depending on the customer’s demand and needs.
Due to the limitations of the 2.4 GHz WiFi band and the mutual interface of WiFi signals in every home and room, the high-speed service experience they provide through FTTH technology may not be what customers sometimes think, said Shankar Raj Shivakoti, the company’s regional head.
If the WiFi router is kept in a proper and open place, if you have to run in many rooms and floors, if you have an additional 5 GHz Wi-Fi router on your mobile and laptop, then the 5 GHz dual-band Wi-Fi router can be used to run the internet at the speed provided by the service provider.
The company currently has around five lakh customers across the country.
