The 14th Annual General Assembly of ADBL was held under Laxmi Prapanna Niraula, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ADBL.
The Agriculture Development Bank (ADBL) has decided to pay a 15.79 percent dividend to its shareholders.
Bode Bhaktapur, the central training academy of the bank, has passed the dividend in the 14th annual general meeting held through the virtual medium on Wednesday.
The general meeting passed a resolution. To distribute 15% bonus shares and 0.7895% cash dividend for tax purposes to the 300,000 shareholders of the bank.
The General Assembly has been able to bring its products/services to the most remote and accessible places of the country through its 276 branches.
