Reliance Spinning Mills Limited has announced its plans to hold its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 14, 2024. The meeting will take place at the company’s headquarters in Kamaladi, Kathmandu.

During the AGM, shareholders will review the company’s annual and financial reports for the past fiscal year. The board of directors will also propose the appointment of an auditor for the current fiscal year and discuss the auditor’s remuneration. Additionally, the board will seek shareholder approval for specific provisions under the Companies Act.

This AGM will provide an important platform for shareholders to discuss the company’s performance, plans, and other crucial matters.
