Approval of Financial Statements: The shareholders approved the Board of Directors’ report and the audited financial statements for the Fiscal Year 2081/082, including the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statement.
Subsidiary Performance: The AGM also passed the consolidated financial reports of the bank’s key subsidiaries, Prabhu Capital Limited and Prabhu Stock Market Limited, for the same fiscal period.
Unanimous Endorsement: All proposals presented for discussion and decision-making were passed with full consensus, reflecting strong shareholder confidence in the current leadership.
