The British College Alumni Meet 2026 Strengthens Alumni Network and Lifelong Connections

The British College successfully hosted its much-awaited Alumni Meet and Networking Session on 23rd January 2026, bringing together alumni from across batches for an evening of celebration, reconnection, and meaningful networking.

The programme officially opened with a welcome by the emcee, followed by an address from Mr Arun Kumar Kandel, Country Director (TKG), who set the tone for an evening dedicated to strengthening the alumni community.
A key highlight was the session titled “Together We Are Stronger”, delivered by Mr Amardeep Mandal, Head of Marketing, which resonated deeply with attendees. The evening also featured an energetic dance performance, adding vibrancy to the celebrations.
Distinguished alumni delivered inspirational keynote speechesMr Aashish Acharya (MSc Advanced Computer Science) and Mr Young Jin Hong (EMBA), each sharing valuable insights, professional journeys, and personal reflections. A special video memories segment brought smiles and a sense of nostalgia, making the night truly memorable.
The formal session continued with an address by Mr John Park, IT Advisor, followed by a closing speech from CEO Mr Rajen Kandel, who emphasised the vital role of alumni in shaping the institution’s future.
He highlighted the importance of establishing a strong and active alumni association as a platform for collaboration, mentorship, and long-term engagement. He further highlighted that The British College has produced more than 3,000 alumni to date, a testament to the institution’s enduring academic legacy and expanding alumni network.
Mr. Kandel encouraged alumni to register and actively participate in the formation of a new alumni association, stating that a unified alumni body would strengthen professional networks, create opportunities for current and future students, and foster meaningful contributions to the growth of The British College community.
Following the formal session, alumni took part in networking activities and a photo session, creating opportunities to reconnect, share experiences, and build new professional relationships.
