Furthermore, property owners can submit official applications for physical field surveying and boundary demarcation services. Once an application is submitted, the system instantly generates a secure One-Time Password to allow users to track their application status in real time using their mobile number.

The inclusion of an integrated digital payment system makes the entire framework highly efficient. Property owners can settle required government fees instantly using popular digital wallets and networks including eSewa, Khalti, and Connect IPS.
