Sadhguru’s Record-Breaking ‘Miracle of Mind’ Meditation App Launches in Nepali

On the special occasion of the International Day of Yoga, that is 21st June, 2026, the Miracle of Mind app, developed by the volunteers of the Isha Foundation under the guidance of Sadhguru, is all set to launch in Nepali, with the special meditation session at T21 Palace, Baluwatar, Kathmandu.

The Miracle of Mind is a free meditation app to establish a regular practice with a powerful guided meditation specially designed by Sadhguru. A yogi, mystic, and visionary, Sadhguru has spearheaded a transformative movement to raise human consciousness over the last four decades.
Why Miracle of Mind?
A new study has found that globally, an estimated 1.2 billion people now live with mental health conditions, almost double the number recorded in 1990.
The Nepal Health Research Council (NHRC) indicates that roughly 10% of Nepalese adults experience mental health issues in their lifetime.
Overall estimates suggest up to 3.9 million Nepalese adults are affected, with Major Depressive Disorder and Anxiety Disorder being the most prevalent. In such situations, Meditation has become a need of the hour.
