NIC Asia Bank Donates Smart Board to Shree Saraswoti Secondary School Under CSR Initiative

In a bid to enhance digital learning and foster a quality educational environment, NIC Asia Bank has donated an advanced smart board to Shree Saraswoti Secondary School. The school is located in Changunarayan Municipality-8, Bhaktapur.

The smart board was officially handed over to the school management on June 24, 2026 (Ashad 10, 2083, in the Nepalese calendar) during a special ceremony. This initiative was executed under the bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.
Driving Digital Education in Nepalese Schools
Shree Saraswoti Secondary School currently provides education to over 376 students, spanning from Early Childhood Development (ECD) up to Grade 12. The introduction of this modern instructional tool is expected to significantly modernize classroom teaching and simplify complex learning processes for these young minds.

The Presenters: Ganesh Paudel (NIC Asia Bank’s Kathmandu East Circle Head) and Ishwor GC (Bhaktapur Branch Manager) jointly presented the technology.
The Recipient: Sanjib Puri, Chairman of the School Management Committee, officially accepted the donation.
Notable Attendees: The event saw a strong turnout, including the school’s Vice-Principals, Nira Giri and Govinda Nepal, along with various teachers, students, and bank representatives.
