Lumbini Tech Innovation Center (LTIC) Officially Launched in Butwal as TechPaaila’s Exclusive B2C Partner

Moving a step closer to transforming the Lumbini region into a modern digital powerhouse, the Lumbini Tech Innovation Center (LTIC) was officially launched during a grand ceremony at Siddhartha Cottage, Butwal, on June 27, 2026. LTIC has entered the local market as the exclusive B2C partner of the prominent tech institution, TechPaaila Innovations.

The launching ceremony was chaired by Dhan Bahadur Rana, the Founder President of Lumbini Tech Innovation Center. During the event, comprehensive briefings were presented on advanced AI, Cybersecurity, and Data Science courses, aligning with LTIC’s core vision to position the Lumbini province as a prominent Global Tech Hub.
Beyond specialized training, LTIC is fully operational to provide high-end Software Development, Mobile App Development, Cybersecurity Consulting, and Data Protection services, alongside running a dedicated IT Incubation Center to nurture the local startup ecosystem.
The Chief Guest of the program, Shiva Gyawali, Acting General Secretary of the Nepal Chamber of Commerce, Butwal, Rupandehi, highly praised the initiative.
He commended the visionary outlook of Founding President Dhan Bahadur Rana, emphasizing that empowering local youth with modern technological skillsets is exactly what the regional economy needs.
Marking the official partnership, TechPaaila Associate Director and Special Guest Chiranjibi Adhikari officially handed over the B2C Partner Certificate to LTIC management.
He expressed strong confidence that this strategic collaboration would seamlessly turn TechPaaila Innovations’ broader digital vision into a reality at the grassroots level.
Speaking at the event, Kishu Sharma, Principal of Western Mega College, lauded the inspiring journey of Dhan Bahadur Rana, who chose to leave a lucrative global career in Dubai to return to his hometown and drive technology adoption from the ground up.
Similarly, Asmita Sedhari, a Senior Faculty member of ICT, appreciated the localized “software hub” concept driving the innovation center.
Distinguished leaders from the Computer Association of Nepal (CAN) Federation, including CAN Federation Secretary Narayan Shrestha, CAN Federation Central Executive Member Dhurba Raj Phuyal (Sudip Sharma), and CAN Federation Rupandehi Branch President Jeewan Adhikari, extended their best wishes.
They jointly highlighted that utilizing local talents from the Rupandehi district to deliver complex IT consulting and services will be a game-changer for the entire province.
