Facility Launch: The zero fee arrangement was put into effect starting from the day of the disaster to ensure full and fast transfers to affected households.
Gulf Nations: Transfers from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman are fully exempt from service fees.
Asia Pacific and Oceania: Fee free money transfer services apply to remittances sent from Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand.
European Countries: Service charges are waived for transfers originating from the United Kingdom, Romania, Portugal, Malta, Denmark, Croatia, Sweden, Norway, Germany, and France.
