Xiaomi Nepal Opens Authorized Service Centers in Itahari and Narayangadh

Xiaomi Nepal has officially opened new authorized service centers at Dharan Line, Itahari, and Lions Chowk, Narayangadh. According to the company, these new service centers have been established to provide Xiaomi users with better after-sales service and support.

The new service centers will offer repair, maintenance, and technical support for Xiaomi smartphones, wearables (such as smartwatches and fitness bands), hearables (earphones and headphones), and IoT devices. Customers will also have access to genuine Xiaomi spare parts, ensuring reliable and high-quality service.
The service centers will be operated by TeleDirect Pvt. Ltd., a company under the Ramesh Corp group. TeleDirect has been providing authorized after-sales service and trusted customer support for Xiaomi products across Nepal.
To celebrate the opening, Xiaomi Nepal has announced that it will soon introduce special promotional offers for customers. The company has encouraged customers to follow Xiaomi Nepal’s official social media channels and contact the nearest service center for updates and more information.
