Makalu Wine Industries Limited has formally published a notice convening a Special General Meeting to discuss and approve key capital restructuring proposals, including its upcoming Initial Public Offering.

The meeting is set to commence at 11:00 AM at the Soltee Westend venue, located in Itahari, Sunsari district.
