Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited has published an official notice informing prospective job applicants about a mandatory pre-qualification requirement for upcoming assistant-level vacancies in the fiscal year 2083/84.

According to the state-owned commercial bank, candidates intending to apply for Level 4 and Level 5 assistant positions must first clear the Pre-Qualification Examination conducted by the Public Service Commission.
This administrative step aligns with recruitment standards set for public financial institutions, ensuring that candidates are screened through a standardized written evaluation prior to the final application and selection phases.

The pre-qualification requirement applies to multiple administrative, legal, and cash handling roles across the lower tiers of the bank hierarchy:

- Senior Assistant
- Senior Assistant (Cash)

Official Public Service Commission Notice Details
The Public Service Commission published the official pre-qualification examination announcement under Notice Number 38/2083-84 on Baisakh 6, 2083. Aspiring candidates must apply for the pre-qualification test under Advertisement Numbers 101/2083-84 and 102/2083-84 issued by the commission.
Passing this preliminary exam is mandatory. Candidates who successfully clear the screening test will be issued a pass certificate, which must be presented alongside academic and personal credentials when Rastriya Banijya Bank officially opens its open recruitment applications later in the fiscal year.

In addition to passing the Public Service Commission pre-qualification test, applicants must fulfill all standard eligibility criteria outlined in the Rastriya Banijya Bank Employee Service Regulations, 2070.
