The promotional offer remains active until the end of the Nepali month of Shrawan, rewarding selected lucky users throughout the campaign period.
- Selection Frequency: 100 lucky winners will be chosen every 15 days through a random lucky draw.
- Cashback Coverage: Winners will receive a full 100% reimbursement on their total renewal payment amount.
- Platform Eligibility: Users renewing through the Khalti App or paying via the Khalti Payment Gateway on Depository Participant (DP) websites qualify automatically.
Impending Renewal Deadline Set By CDSC
The campaign arrives alongside the official annual renewal timeline issued by CDSC and Clearing Limited (CDSC).

CDSC requests all registered account holders to pay their mandatory renewal fees before the deadline of Shrawan 15.
Failure to renew accounts by Shrawan 15 may result in temporary account suspension starting Shrawan 16, halting secondary market share trading and IPO applications.
- DEMAT Renewal Fee: Fixed at Rs. 100 per account annually.
- MeroShare Renewal Fee: Fixed at Rs. 50 per account annually.
Step-By-Step Process To Renew via Khalti App
Investors can complete their digital account renewals remotely without visiting physical DP service centers:
- Open App: Launch the official Khalti Mobile Application.
- Navigate Category: Go to the Financial Services section and tap on MeroShare & DEMAT Renewal.
- Select DP: Choose your designated Depository Participant (DP) and input your Client ID (BOID).
- Choose Service: Select DEMAT, MeroShare, or both options according to your renewal status.
- Verify and Pay: Tap Get Details, confirm account information, and authorize the digital transaction.
