The mutual fund scheme completed several regulatory and administrative milestones prior to its stock market listing.
The Securities Board of Nepal granted formal regulatory approval for the public offering of the scheme on April 16, 2026, corresponding to Baisakh 3, 2083 BS.
Following the public subscription process, the final allotment of the mutual fund units was completed on June 18, 2026, corresponding to Asar 4, 2083 BS.
