Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Announces Auction of Three Motorcycles Through Sealed Bids

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited has published an official notice for the auction sale of 3 two-wheeler vehicles through a confidential sealed bid process.
KSBBL Announces Sealed Bids Auction
According to the public notice published on Shrawan 26, 2083, interested individuals, firms, companies, and corporate institutions can submit sealed tenders to purchase the motorcycles on an as is where is basis.
Bidders have been granted a 15 day window from the date of notice publication to inspect the vehicles and submit their formal purchase offers to the bank.
Vehicle Specifications and Physical Locations
The two wheelers listed for auction include three Honda motorcycles stored across different branch facilities:
- First, a Honda Shine 125 CC motorcycle manufactured in 2013, bearing registration number Lu 17 Pa 9444, located at the Butwal Branch facility.
- Second, a Honda Shine SP 125 CC motorcycle manufactured in 2019, bearing registration number Sa 11 Pa 3562, located at the Rajbiraj Branch facility.
- Third, a Honda Shine 125 CC motorcycle manufactured in 2015, bearing registration number Lu 21 Pa 6425, located at the Butwal Branch facility.
Bid Form Procurement and Submission Guidelines
Interested bidders must purchase a separate official bid form for each motorcycle by paying a non refundable fee of 500 Nepali Rupees per form.
Application forms can be acquired from the Central Office of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank located in Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu Ward Number 30, or from any convenient branch office nationwide.
Completed and signed tender forms must be properly sealed in an envelope and delivered directly to the Central Office within office hours before the specified 15 day deadline.
The bank management clarified that bids received after the submission deadline, incomplete applications, or bids carrying conditional clauses will be automatically disqualified.
Security Deposit and Financial Requirements
Applicants must submit an earn money deposit equal to at least 10 percent of their total quoted bid valuation alongside their application form.
The earnest money deposit must be backed by an original cash deposit voucher or an Account Payee Good for Payment cheque issued in favor of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited.
No interest earnings will accrue on security deposit funds, and deposits will remain held until the bank reaches a final determination regarding bid selection or rejection.
Bid Opening Schedule and Ownership Transfer Terms
Sealed bids will be opened at 3:30 PM on the immediate next working day following the submission deadline at the Central Office in Gyaneshwor.
The opening ceremony will take place in the presence of attending bidders, authorized representatives, and official government observers, though proceedings will continue if representatives fail to attend.
If the scheduled opening day coincides with a public holiday, the opening procedure will take place on the following business day.
Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank retains full authority to accept or reject any bid proposal or cancel the auction entirely without assigning reasons.
All applicable government duties, vehicle taxes, ownership transfer fees, and associated administrative charges must be borne entirely by the successful bidders.
