Agricultural Development Bank Limited Introduces Group Health Insurance for Former Employees

Agricultural Development Bank Limited has announced a group medical insurance facility for its eligible former employees.

It is set for providing coverage with a sum insured of NPR 100,000 for a duration of one year.
Application Process and Deadline
The bank issued the official notice on Bhadra 3, 2083, instructing all eligible former employees to complete the designated application procedures.

- Submission Point: Applications along with supporting documents must be submitted to the nearest or most convenient Agricultural Development Bank office in the applicant’s area of residence
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the group health insurance coverage, former employees must fulfill specific criteria set by the bank:
- Minimum Service Length: At least 15 years of continuous service, whether permanent, temporary, monthly-paid, or contractual
- Age Limit: Must not exceed 70 years of age
Disqualification Criteria: Former employees dismissed as a disciplinary measure under Chapter Seven of the Agricultural Development Bank Limited Employee Service Regulations, or those convicted and sentenced by a court of law, are excluded from the facility
Required Documentation
Applicants must provide the following documents alongside their completed application forms:
- A copy of the former employee identity card issued by the bank or an official certification letter confirming former employee status
- A copy of a valid Nepalese citizenship certificate
