Kamana Sewa Development Bank Opens Promoter Share Sale to General Public

Kamana Sewa Development Bank Limited has officially opened the sale of its promoter shares to the general public.

This decision came into play following a notice issued after several existing promoter shareholders expressed their intention to sell their holdings.
Regulatory Process and Timeline
In accordance with Clause 15 of Unified Directive No. 10 2079 issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, the bank initially published a 35-day public notice offering the shares exclusively to current promoter shareholders. Because no purchase applications were received within the 35-day window, the bank is offering the shares to general individuals and institutions.
Application Requirements and Location
- Application Deadline: Interested buyers must submit their purchase applications within 7 days from the notice publication date.
- Submission Location: Applications must be submitted directly to the bank Central Office in Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu.
- Documentation: Applicants must clearly state the total number of shares they intend to buy and attach all necessary supporting documentation and evidence.
