Besides dividend approval, the assembly will review and endorse the annual reports and audit reports for fiscal years 2081/82 and 2082/83, along with approving the appointment and remuneration of the external auditor for the current fiscal year.
Dividend Breakdown Across Fiscal Years
The total dividend distribution covers payouts across two consecutive fiscal years:
- Fiscal Year 2082/83: A total 12 percent cash dividend, amounting to NPR 163.64 million (including applicable tax), calculated on the current paid-up capital of NPR 1.364 billion.
- Fiscal Year 2081/82: A total dividend distribution of 10.5263 percent based on paid-up capital, comprising 10 percent in bonus shares and 0.5263 percent in cash for tax purposes.
All dividend distributions remain subject to final approval by the general assembly during the AGM.
