Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited has officially announced its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The bank has scheduled the meeting to discuss and approve key financial reports and a cash dividend proposal for its shareholders.

Key Agenda of the Meeting

The upcoming AGM will table and approve the following major proposals:

Dividend Distribution: To distribute a 15% cash dividend (including tax) on the paid-up capital for general shareholders, and a proportional 9% dividend for preferred shareholders.

Financial Reports: Approval of the annual financial statements, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements for the fiscal year 2082/83.

Auditor Appointment: Appointment of the external auditor and finalization of their remuneration for the fiscal year.

Book Close Date and Eligibility

To determine shareholder eligibility for the dividend and AGM participation, the bank has set the book close date for Bhadra 18, 2083.

Important Note: Only shareholders who maintain ownership until Bhadra 17, 2083, will be eligible to receive the dividend and attend the 20th AGM.
