Nepal Telecom (NTC) has officially launched its commercial Outbound IVR (Interactive Voice Response) service to streamline mass communication for corporate and individual clients. Following successful internal testing, this bulk voice messaging feature is now available to the public.

Up to 1-Minute Pre-Recorded Audio: Send informative or promotional voice clips up to 60 seconds long.
Official Caller ID: Receivers will see the sender’s registered mobile or landline number on their phone screens.
Mass Communication Solution: Ideal for publishing exam results, corporate announcements, marketing messages, and urgent alerts efficiently.
Automated Voice Delivery: Systematically triggers calls to target contact lists without manual intervention.

Prepare Assets: Compile the list of target telephone/mobile numbers and the audio file.
Submit Application: Interested clients can visit the Telecom Office at Sundhara, Kathmandu, fill out the required application form, and complete the registration process.
