Prabhu Insurance Limited Credits 8.70 Percent Bonus Shares to Shareholders Demat Accounts

Prabhu Insurance Limited has completed the distribution of 8.70 percent bonus shares directly into the demat accounts of eligible shareholders.

The decision came into action following listing and registration with the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) and CDS and Clearing Limited.
Bonus Share Eligibility and Loan Restriction Rules
Payout Structure: The bonus shares were formally approved by the company 30th Annual General Meeting at a rate of 8.70 percent.
Eligibility Cut-off Date: Shareholders who held physical or demat shares as of March 25, 2026 (Chaitra 25, 2082) are eligible for the bonus share distribution.
Pledged Share Policy (Pre-Cut-off): For shares pledged as bank collateral on or before March 25, 2026, bonus shares have been credited with loan restrictions applied in favor of the lending institutions. Shareholders who cleared their loans must contact their lenders to release the restriction.
Pledged Share Policy (Post-Cut-off): Bonus shares for holdings pledged after March 25, 2026, have been credited without restrictions, requiring concerned lending banks to verify pledge status independently.
Share Dematerialization and Capital Registrar Details
Physical Share Conversion: Shareholders maintaining physical share certificates are requested to open a demat account and complete dematerialization to receive their bonus shares.
Demat Depository Services: Accounts can be established through Prabhu Capital Limited in Kamaladi, Prabhu Bank branches, or any authorized Depository Participant (DP).
Share Registrar: Prabhu Capital Limited is handling all share registration and distribution procedures for the company.
