BLC Global Holdings Affiliates Hand Over 33.67 Million Rupees for Flood Relief

Organizations affiliated with BLC Global Holdings have handed over a total financial contribution of 33.67 million rupees to the government of Nepal to support disaster relief and reconstruction efforts in the flood-affected Bhotekoshi region of Rasuwa.

Financial Assistance Handover and Delegation
Handover Meeting: A delegation of corporate executives met Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle on Wednesday to formally present the financial aid cheque.
Corporate Delegation: The delegation included Co-Chairperson of BLC Global Holdings and Director of Norvic International Hospital Megha Chaudhary, Chairman of Norvic Rajendra Bahadur Singh, CEO of Norvic Ajay Kumar Mishra, and Sharad Tibrewal representing Nepal Distilleries.
Affiliated Entities: The collective contribution was raised through BLC Global Holdings affiliates, including Norvic International Hospital, BLC Global Logistics, and Nepal Distilleries.
Disaster Rescue Fund and Corporate Commitment
Prime Minister Fund Allocation: Over 30 million rupees of the total contribution was deposited into the Prime Minister Natural Disaster Rescue Fund to facilitate government-led rehabilitation.
Executive Statement: Megha Chaudhary stated that the contribution aims to ensure effective rehabilitation for flood-affected families and reaffirmed the group commitment to coordinate with government disaster response efforts.
Condolences: BLC Global Holdings extended formal condolences to the families of flood victims, wished a swift recovery to injured individuals, and commended ongoing rescue and relief personnel.
Founder Pledge Fulfilled: The donation fulfills a recent announcement by BLC Holdings founder Basant Chaudhary committing 30 million rupees toward flood relief and rehabilitation.
