Venue and Skill Focus: Held at Green View Hotel in Ilam, the program focused on leadership development, performance enhancement, customer relationship management, and core aspects of the insurance business.

Strategic Objectives: Ilam Branch Head Prabesh Parajuli, who chaired the event, stated that such initiatives will continue regularly to update agents with timely knowledge and expand regional insurance coverage.
