Origin of Shares: The offered volume represents the unsubscribed portion of the 1,040,000 unit shares originally set aside for project-affected locals in Solukhumbu, combined with remaining shares after allocations to foreign-employed Nepalese citizens, company employees, and mutual funds.
Investment Limits: Individual investors can submit applications for a minimum of 10 shares up to a maximum of 10,000 shares.
Issue Timeline: The subscription period opens on Bhadra 22, 2083 BS (September 7, 2026) and will close early on Bhadra 25, 2083 BS (September 10, 2026). If the offering remains undersubscribed, the submission deadline may be extended up to Ashoj 5, 2083 BS (September 21, 2026).

Credit Rating: ICRA Nepal assigned the company an issuer rating of BB+, indicating a moderate risk of default regarding the timely servicing of financial obligations.
Financial Reserve: Unaudited financial statements ending mid-January show retained earnings exceeding 103.4 million rupees, with a net worth per share of 91.27 rupees.
NEPSE Open Trading Range: Following the formal listing of shares on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), the initial trading range for the stock will span from 91.27 rupees to 273.81 rupees per share.
