Road Division Kathmandu has officially launched the Road Suggestion App following successful testing, allowing citizens to register complaints and suggestions regarding damaged federal roads in the Kathmandu Valley.

- Service Coverage: Currently enables public grievance reporting across approximately 472 kilometers of federal roads within the Kathmandu Valley.
- Real-Time Tracking: Citizens can track the progress and live status of their submitted complaints directly through the application.
- Automated Notifications: Users will receive formal confirmation via the app once their reported road maintenance issue has been resolved.
- Jurisdictional Guidance: For roads not falling under federal jurisdiction, the app provides information regarding the specific government agency responsible for that road stretch.
Expansion Plans
- Two-Week Target: Service coverage will be expanded to include Lalitpur and Bhaktapur districts within two weeks.
- Nationwide Rollout: Road Division Kathmandu aims to progressively scale the platform nationwide to streamline road repair and maintenance management across Nepal.
