Sarvottam Paints 5th AGM to be Held on Ashoj 25; Proposes 10% Bonus Shares

Sarvottam Paints Industries Limited has formally called its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Ashoj 25, 2083.

The decision was finalized during the 86th board of directors meeting held on Bhadra 31.

AGM Date and Time: Ashoj 25, 2083, Sunday (1:00 PM)
Venue: Hotel Jungle Spa Pvt. Ltd., Attariya, Godawari-2, Kailali
Bonus Share Proposal: 10% of the current paid-up capital (equivalent to NPR 34 Million / NPR 3 Crore 40 Lakh)
Cash Dividend (Tax Purpose): 0.5263% of the paid-up capital (NPR 1.789 Million / NPR 17 Lakh 89 Thousand 474)
Paid-Up Capital: NPR 340 Million (NPR 34 Crore)

Financial Approval: Discussion and approval of the FY 2082/83 annual report, balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and auditor reports.
Auditor Appointment: Appointment of the auditor for the upcoming fiscal year and determination of their remuneration.
Director Elections: Election of 4 directors (3 representing promoter shareholders and 1 representing public shareholders).
Memorandum Amendments: Endorsing amendments to the bank’s Memorandum and Articles of Association following the capital expansion post bonus share distribution.

Book Closure Date: Ashoj 13, 2083 (for one day).
Shareholder Eligibility: Shareholders maintained in the company records until Ashoj 12, 2083, will be eligible to attend the AGM, vote, and receive the proposed dividend.
