Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited successfully held its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Bhadra 31, 2083, at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu.

- Dividend for Ordinary Shareholders: Approved a 15% cash dividend (inclusive of tax) on the paid-up capital.
- Dividend for Preference Shareholders: Approved a proportionate 9% cash dividend covering the period from the allotment date of preference shares through the end of Ashar 2083.
