Global IME Laghubitta Proposes 9.5 Percent Dividend for Last Fiscal Year

Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has declared a total dividend of 9.50 percent from the net profits of the last fiscal year.

The decision was finalized during a meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on Ashwin 12, 2083 BS (September 28, 2026).

Dividend Breakdown and Distribution Process

The proposed distribution consists of a combination of bonus shares and cash dividends.

• Total Dividend Rate: 9.50 percent based on current paid-up capital.
• Bonus Share Component: 6.00 percent in bonus shares.
• Cash Dividend Component: 3.50 percent in cash dividend (inclusive of applicable dividend tax).
• Regulatory and Shareholder Approval: The proposed payout is subject to formal approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and subsequent endorsement by shareholders at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
