Pokhara Finance Limited has opened the sale of promoter shares to individual and institutional investors among the general public.

The decision follows the non-issuance of purchase applications from existing promoter shareholders within the initial regulatory timeframe.
Share Offloading Details and Volume
The secondary offloading comprises promoter holdings offered by two primary institutional shareholders:
- Shareholder Holdings Offered: Promoter shareholder Man Bahadur Gurung is selling 166,056.94 units, while Narayan Babu Lohani is offloading 57,511.17 units of promoter shares.
- Total Available Units: A combined total of 223,568.11 promoter share units are made available for public acquisition.
Prior Notice Compliance and Bidding Timeline
- Initial Regulatory Phase: The finance company previously published a 35-day notice reserved exclusively for existing promoter shareholders in accordance with prevailing regulatory frameworks. The remaining unsold units were transitioned to public auction due to lack of complete subscription.
- Final Submission Window: Interested general investors and institutional entities must submit their physical purchase applications within 7 days from the notice publication date.
- Application Location: Submissions must be delivered directly to the Central Office of Pokhara Finance Limited, located at Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
