It has also formally called its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to approve the payout along with key corporate resolutions.

Dividend Declaration and Financial Proposals

• Cash Dividend: The company’s board of directors has proposed a cash dividend total of NPR 124,736,842.11 (inclusive of applicable taxes) based on the current paid-up capital for the fiscal year 2082/83.
• Financial Approvals: The AGM will review and approve the financial reports and auditor’s report for the fiscal year 2082/83, while appointing the auditor for fiscal year 2083/84 and fixing their remuneration.

Annual General Meeting Details and Agenda

• Meeting Date and Time: The 5th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Kartik 17, 2083 BS, starting at 10:00 AM.
• Venue: Kupondole Banquet, Kupondole, Lalitpur.
• Board Election: The assembly will elect one director representing the public shareholders.

Corporate Guarantees Approval: The meeting will formally endorse the corporate guarantee provided to Rastriya Banijya Bank for the loan facility of Dudhpokhari Chepe Hydropower.

Asset & License Transfer: The AGM will consider and pass a resolution regarding the transfer and sale of the survey license for electricity generation of the Maiwa Khola Hydroelectric Project (12.504 MW).
