Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited has announced the merger of two of its branch offices, effective from Poush 21, 2083.

The bank stated that the strategic consolidation aims to streamline its branch network while continuing to ensure smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted financial services to its customers.
Details of the Merging Branches
- Gandaki Province Merger: Harichowk Branch (Branch Code: 099) located in Pokhara Metropolitan City-1 will be merged into the nearby Bagar Branch (Branch Code: 175), situated approximately 500 meters away within Pokhara Metropolitan City-1.
- Bagmati Province Merger: Arghaut Branch (Branch Code: 039) situated in Tripurasundari Rural Municipality-2 will be merged into the Salyantar Branch (Branch Code: 114), located roughly 1.5 kilometers away in the same local municipality.
Customer Directives and Operational Transition
- Post-Merger Transactions: Customers previously using the Harichowk and Arghaut branches are requested to transition their banking activities to the acquiring Bagar and Salyantar branches respectively starting Poush 21, 2083.
- Stakeholder Notice: The bank has advised all clients, service users, and concerned business partners to update their records and make necessary operational arrangements to prevent any disruption in regular banking services.
