- Previous Repayment Notice: A 35-day public notice demanding loan repayment was previously published in Arthik Dainik on Shrawan 6, 2081, but the liabilities remained unsettled despite repeated oral and written reminders.
- Statutory Provisions: The auction is conducted under prevailing banking laws, including the Banks and Financial Institutions Act (BAFIA), 2073.
- Managing Locations: Bids can be submitted to Nabil Bank’s Central Office (Credit Recovery Department, Bijuli Bazar, Kathmandu) or the Siraha Bazaar Branch, Siraha.

- Property Acquisition Clause: If no valid bids are received or if the auction process fails to sell the properties, Nabil Bank reserves the right to directly acquire the collateral assets in accordance with BAFIA 2073 provisions.
Dues Recovery Beyond Collateral
Should the proceeds from the auction fall short of covering the total outstanding debt, the remaining balance will be recovered from other movable and immovable assets of the borrowers and guarantors pursuant to the Debt Recovery Act, 2058 and associated legal regulations.
