- Relocation Venue: The central office has moved to the company’s own newly built premises in Kathmandu Metropolitan City Ward Number 28, Kamaladi.
- Previous Location: Central corporate operations were formerly housed and conducted out of Amir Bhawan in Kamaladi.
- Effective Service Date: Regular corporate operations and administrative client services commenced at the new building on Sunday, Ashwin 25, 2083.
- Operational Scope: All executive departments, administrative units, and customer support desks of the head office now function entirely out of the owned corporate facility.
