Nabil Bank Limited has announced the relocation and operational consolidation of its Bhatbhateni and Maligaun branch offices in Kathmandu into its Bishalnagar branch office, effective from October 26, 2026.

The commercial bank is unifying local branch operations to streamline administrative efficiency while maintaining continuous service access for account holders.
- Receiving Branch Location: Transferred operations will function out of the Bishalnagar branch office in Ward No. 5, Kathmandu Metropolitan City, located near the Department of Railways.
- Distance Proximity: The Bhatbhateni branch is located approximately 650 meters and the Maligaun branch is located around 1.5 kilometers from the receiving Bishalnagar branch.
- Advance Notice Compliance: The formal consolidation notice was originally published in a national daily newspaper on Chaitra 18, 2082, fulfilling the 90-day prior notification requirement.
- Safe Deposit Locker Deadline: Locker holders at the Bhatbhateni and Maligaun branches are instructed to collect their belongings by Ashwin 29, 2083, during regular operating hours (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM).
- Institutional Liability Disclaimer: The bank stated it will not assume responsibility for damage or loss to items remaining inside lockers during the physical transfer period.
- Effective Implementation Date: Full consolidation and unified operations take effect on October 26, 2026.
