Agricultural Development Bank Limited has officially unveiled the 122nd edition of its corporate literary publication, Samasti, during a formal release ceremony held at the bank’s central head office in Kathmandu.

Publication Unveiling, Key Dignitaries, and Editorial Expansion Plans

The release ceremony took place at the main office assembly hall under the leadership of bank executive management and literary contributors.

• Official Publication Unveiling: Agricultural Development Bank Limited formally released the 122nd edition of its long-standing literary magazine, Samasti, on Ashwin 29, 2083 (October 15, 2026).
• Key Event Leadership: The unveiling ceremony was conducted under the chief guest presence of Bank Board of Directors Member Binod Kumar Guragai and chaired by Bank Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Samasti Patron Govinda Gurung.
• Chief Guest Remarks: Board Member Binod Kumar Guragai highlighted the role of literature in nurturing positive human character and appreciated Samasti for its continuous structural contributions to Nepalese literary tradition.
• Executive Address and Publication Frequency Upgrade: CEO Govinda Gurung announced that the publication frequency of Samasti has been expanded to a quadrimonthly schedule starting from the fiscal year 2083/084, with plans to further upgrade it into a bimonthly publication in the near future.
• Guest Speakers and Past Editorial History: Senior author and Madan Puraskar laureate Krishna Dharabasi offered congratulations while recalling his past editorial service with the magazine sixteen years ago.
• Welcome Address and Operational Team: Deputy General Manager and Editorial Group Chairperson Pratap Subedi delivered the welcome address, while Bank Branch Manager and Samasti Editor Shantiram Bhattarai hosted the program.
• Institutional Attendees: The ceremony was attended by Board Member Rita Subedi, former editorial members, storyteller Dilip Shah, poet Mohini Man, deputy general managers, departmental heads, and bank staff members.
