Under the approved consolidation plan, Nepal Bank Limited is merging its Maisthan branch directly into the Birgunj City Office branch.
- Strategic Rationale: The consolidation comes in response to the rapid rise in digital banking adoption and the high density of bank and financial institution branches across Birgunj Metropolitan City.
- Primary Integrated Branch: All services previously offered at the Maisthan branch will now be completely integrated and served through the Birgunj City Office branch.
- Branch Location: The central operations will remain consolidated at the Birgunj City Office branch, located in Ward No. 4 of Birgunj Metropolitan City.
- Operational Continuity: Customers of the former Maisthan branch can access all regular banking and financial services without interruption at the primary Birgunj City Office location.
