Agricultural Development Bank Limited, Trishuli Branch, located in Nuwakot district, has issued a 35 day urgent notice regarding the blacklisting of non performing loan borrowers.

According to the official communication, the bank initiated public notice proceedings following repeated verbal reminders and formal written recovery notices that yielded no repayment compliance.

Agricultural Development Bank Limited clarified that failure to settle total loan obligations within 35 days will result in formal blacklisting procedures.

The public notification details eight individual borrowers and business entities based in Nuwakot along with their respective loan accounts:
- Santa lal Tamang: Borrowed under Simple Agricultural Loan facility, carrying principal outstanding of 652,000 Rupees, accrued interest of 199,650 Rupees, totaling 502,650 Rupees payable.
- Sanu Kanchha Khadhyanna Suppliers: Utilized Business Loan facility, holding principal liability of 150,000 Rupees, accrued interest of 1,196,167 Rupees, totaling 2,146,167 Rupees payable.
- Aasma Fisheries Udyog: Received Fish Farming Loan, carrying principal liability of 1,000,000 Rupees, accrued interest of 294,454 Rupees, totaling 1,294,454 Rupees payable.
- Shanti Maya Bakhra Farm: Obtained Goat Farming Loan, with principal liability of 332,450 Rupees, accrued interest of 145,339 Rupees, totaling 478,179 Rupees payable.
- Shrijat Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Farm: Utilized Goat Farming Loan facility, carrying principal liability of 452,000 Rupees, accrued interest of 232,037 Rupees, totaling 684,037 Rupees payable.
- Gauri Laxmi Cow Farm: Received Animal Husbandry Loan, holding principal liability of 1,619,869 Rupees, accrued interest of 382,040 Rupees, totaling 2,032,029 Rupees payable.
- Keshav Tamang: Borrowed under Simple Agricultural Loan scheme, carrying principal liability of 200,000 Rupees, accrued interest of 367,731 Rupees, totaling 567,731 Rupees payable.
- Pampha Giri: Obtained Simple Agricultural Loan, holding principal liability of 200,000 Rupees, accrued interest of 110,096 Rupees, totaling 310,096 Rupees payable.
Detailed Legal Identification and Directives
The legal notice incorporates complete personal identification details for each account, including borrower names, official citizenship registration numbers, parental names, promoter details, loan account numbers, and guarantor identities.
Agricultural Development Bank Limited has urged all listed individuals, entity representatives, and loan guarantors to contact the Trishuli Branch office in Nuwakot to clear their liabilities within the 35 day grace period to prevent Credit Information Centre blacklisting.
