In line with its commitment to keeping people Always On or Sadhain ON, Ncell has revised its roaming data charge, significantly reducing the rates of its Daily Data Roaming Packs for six major destinations.
The countries where Ncell has slashed the daily data roaming charges are the United States of America (USA), the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, China, the United Kingdom (UK), and Thailand.
The revised rates have been implemented effective from May 21.
A great benefit to activating the data roaming pack and using Ncell roaming service is that customer would receive their SMS alerts while travelling.
Similarly, there is no need to use foreign currency to purchase new SIM or change SIM to stay connected. Roaming services have matured over the years and are economical and hassle-free for customers.
With the rate revision of the data roaming pack, customers can use daily data service for just Rs. 79.88 per day, including applicable taxes, while traveling to the USA, UAE, and Qatar. This rate is a whopping 58% reduction from the previous Rs. 190.18 per day.
Similarly, Ncell customers visiting China, the UK, and Thailand can now benefit from access to daily data at just Rs. 190.18 per day, a significant drop of 70% from the previous rate of Rs. 633.93 per day.
Customers can activate these Daily Data Roaming Packs by dialing *17129*2# and following the instructions. Prepaid customer can purchase the pack by dialing *123#. Customers can activate the packs via Ncell App or Ncell website as well.
Customers can recharge within or outside the country not only to buy data pack but for other activities to remain connected
Ncell believes that the revision of data roaming rates aligned with Sadhain ON campaign adds great value for customers traveling to these destinations for various purposes, allowing them to stay Always On and connected.
Activation of the pack is free of charge. Roaming is activated automatically in these countries so the customer can directly buy the Daily Data Roaming Pack.
Customers can activate the Daily Data Roaming Pack before their travel or even after reaching their destination country.
