ANNFSU Conducts Flood Relief Campaign in Rasuwa District

The All Nepal National Free Students’ Union (ANNFSU) has executed a humanitarian relief campaign providing essential supplies to families and local authorities affected by recent floods and landslides across Rasuwa district.
ANNFSU Flood Relief Campaign Conducted
Relief Distribution in Naukunda and Uttargaya
Direct Family Assistance: An ANNFSU team distributed essential relief materials directly to the residences of 26 flood-affected families in Naukunda Rural Municipality–4, in coordination with Ward Chairperson Nokendra Tamang.
Municipal Supply Handover: In the Betravati area of Uttargaya Rural Municipality, relief supplies were handed over to Rural Municipality Chairperson Madhav Aryal and Ward No. 5 Chairperson Yamanath Acharya.
Distributed Goods Scope: Materials provided include food grains, emergency medicines, clothing, solar equipment, lights, flashlights, kitchen utensils, and sanitation kits.
Organizational Position and Campaign Continuity
Executive Leadership: The campaign delegation was led by ANNFSU Central President Mahesh Shrestha.
Institutional Commitment: ANNFSU Vice President Ashok Thapa emphasized that the initiative represents the student organization’s civic responsibility, solidarity, and ongoing commitment to disaster-impacted communities.
Operational Extension: ANNFSU confirmed that humanitarian relief activities will continue across affected regions in the coming days.
