Asian Life CEO Dinesh Lal Shrestha Resigns Hom Bahadur Shrestha Appointed Acting CEO

Effective Date of Resignation: The resignation of Chief Executive Officer Dinesh Lal Shrestha will formally take effect on Kartik 10 2083.

The insurance company appointed an interim executive to lead operations until permanent management arrangements are established.

Acting CEO Appointment: The board designated Hom Bahadur Shrestha to assume the responsibilities of Acting Chief Executive Officer.
Current Designation Prior to this interim appointment, Hom Bahadur Shrestha has been serving as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company.
Tenure Commencement Date: The interim appointment as Acting CEO takes effect on Kartik 10 2083.
