- Meeting Venue: The event will be held at Walnut Bistro located in Panipokhari, Kathmandu.
- Book Closure Date: Fixed for Kartik 10, 2083 (October 27, 2026).
- Shareholder Eligibility: Shareholders maintained in the company records prior to Kartik 10, 2083, are eligible to attend and vote at the AGM.
