CAN Federation and Youth IGF Nepal to Host Universal Acceptance Day: Promoting Universal Acceptance and Internationalized Domain Name in Nepal.
The objective of the event is to reach out to Internet businesses, developers, and the startup community to create awareness about the criticality of Universal Acceptance and the technical solutions being developed and also to promote Nepali languages over the Internet.
Session: “Internet Diaspora: The need for Multi-lingual Inclusive Internet and Importance of Universal Acceptance and IDNs.”

Celebrating Universal Acceptance Day:
Promoting Universal Acceptance and Internationalized Domain Names is a half-day event that brings together internet end users and technical community members to promote universal acceptance and learn about Internationalized Domain Names (IDN).
This event will give attendees a comprehensive introduction to the concept of Universal Acceptance and the importance of IDNs. UA and IDNs promote the Domain Names and email addresses in their own language and their acceptance across all platforms (applications, websites, etc ).
The event will conclude with a celebration of Universal Acceptance Day. Attendees will have the opportunity to socialize and network with each other.
