Kathmandu based Naulo restaurant has started operating the robot for customer service. Replacing the human service giver or waiter the restaurant has brought five robots in operation. It is probably the first time that any restaurant has operated made in Nepal Robert as a service provider.

The robots are developed by Paila technology a Nepali company that specializes in robotics and AI technology.

Paaila Technology is a fast-paced company with a core focus on Robotics and AI. It comprises of self-motivated, talented and hardworking people who are always learning and always pushing their limits to deliver quality products and services. In a short period, it has provided products and services to some of the biggest names in the country – SBI Nepal Limited, nLocate, Gyani Traders and many more.

It has been just a week of Paulo’s opening, but the idea of operating robots in service was sparked two years ago.

Naulo is not the first Nepali restaurant to use Robert as an employee; KKFC started the culture of setting Robert as a waiter or a service giver.

The progress of technology can be seen in many places, using Roberts in places like banks and restaurants has brought a new technological trend.

If the trend flows at the same pace, then it will bring massive changes and replace numbers of human-human resources.

The essentiality of technology can be seen in every field as it makes human work convenience and faster. Sectors like education, medical, agriculture and among others have already been technological friendly.
