MAN to Host CEO Conference 2024 on May 31 Management Association of Nepal (MAN) is going to organize the ‘CEO Conference 2024’ in Kathmandu on May 31, 2024.
In a press conference held on Sunday, Mohanraj Ojha, president of Nepal Management Association, said that this year’s conference is going to be organized keeping in mind the top managers of the second level.
The conference, to be held at The Soaltee Kathmandu, will showcase research-based strategies, knowledge, and insights from international experts. The conference will be held under the theme “the future of work, adapting to a changing landscape” and will have four themed sessions.

The first session focuses on the conference’s principal theme, while the second session highlights success stories. The third session will focus on strategies for success in a volatile, unpredictable, and uncertain world, while the fourth session will address digital transformation.
According to MAN, Amidst the uncertainties and economic challenges brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic, this conference aims to provide a space for sharing and cooperation among innovative thinkers in Nepal’s management sector.
It seeks to address global challenges by focusing on economic concerns, social welfare, and the promotion of lifelong learning.
The conference also strives to support participants in navigating and integrating the future of a changing workplace, which is being driven by innovation, developing markets, and technological advancements models.
The conference will be attended by over five plus key national and international speakers and two hundred executives from various industries.
The keynote of the speakers includes Ian Pallister, Global Managing Partner and Founder of Stratega, Deepak Bangla, Managing Director and CEO of Invest India, Prabhu Rangarajan, Co-founder of M2P Fintech; and Dr. Sameer Maskey, Founder and CEO of Fusemachines Inc.
The conference is endorsed by Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI), Nepal Chamber of Commerce, Nada Automobiles, Nepal Bankers’ Association, Development Bankers Association, Nepal Microfinance Association of Nepal – MFAN, Life Insurance Association, Nepal, Nepal Financial Institutions Association and Nepal Insurers’ Association.
