Pratikshya Pandey, the CEO of Smart Cheli has won the prestigious Lead 2030 challenge.
The Lead 2030 challenge is the biggest prize fund for young leaders making an impact on sustainable development goals. Pandey was awarded $50,000 for winning the challenge.
Pratiksha Pandey who completed her Electronics and Communication engineering from NCIT in 2015 was awarded for her work in creating a female lead enterprise that aims to balance the gender gap and empower young girls by connecting education with STEM hands-on learning experiences in coding, critical thinking, and electronics.
The program was supported by Bristol Myers Squibb to develop the next generation of women.
Pandey is the first woman from Nepal to win this prestigious challenge.
