National Life Insurance Company Limited has successfully organized its Chairperson Club membership distribution, training, and felicitation program at Hotel Siddhartha Vilasa in Bhairahawa.

The event was held to honor 526 insurance agents who successfully met the target criteria set for Fiscal Year 2082/83.
Agent Training and Skill Development
The program incorporated interactive workshops aimed at boosting agency leadership skills and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Leadership and Capacity Building: Corporate trainer Sanjok Koirala conducted a training session focused on enhancing agent productivity and professional capacity, emphasizing leadership development as the cornerstone of career success.
- Anti-Money Laundering Compliance: Padam Prasad Sodari, Deputy Director of the regulatory body Nepal Insurance Authority, led an instructional session on Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT). The training outlined preventive measures and highlighted the legal and economic risks associated with illicit financial activities.
Felicitation, Cash Rewards, and Leadership Remarks
The company recognized top performers across multiple categories and outlined its future institutional strategy.
- Membership Distribution and Awards: Selected agents were formally inducted into the Chairperson Club. Special awards, certificates, and cash prizes were presented to the top seven agents nationwide based on individual code business and network performance.
- Top Performers Category: The top three agents in individual agency code sales, top three in network business, and the leading performer in group business were awarded during the ceremony.
- CEO Address: Chief Executive Officer Suresh Prasad Khatri highlighted the company’s financial stability and competitive bonus rates. He committed to expanding investments in the agency network to further elevate agent professionalism and operational standards.
