Nepal is planning to make digitalized in every part of the country. Not only cities or towns but also remote villages too.
For this, the Nepal Chamber of Commerce has said that the IT industry should be developed and taken to the villages.
During the previous budget discussion, the Chamber of Commerce shared this viewpoint. They also proposed that a fund be set aside to enable young people to start their own start-up businesses.
“The spread of the Covid-19 pandemic would have a long-term effect on the economy and people’s lives. The budget goal should be set with economic recovery as a top priority “Chairman Malla said.
He also said that all changes made by the Nepal Rastra Bank in monetary policy for the corona-affected economy should be maintained in the coming year.
Finance Minister Poudel said that attempts would be made to discuss the budget by reviewing the chamber’s suggestions for budget formulation.
