The procurement notice follows an earlier call originally published on Asar 17, 2083. The re notice aims to expand participation among local landholders and real estate vendors, ensuring a competitive, transparent, and legally compliant acquisition process for the permanent regional headquarters of the institution in Western Nepal.
Location Parameters and Geographic Requirements

The entire land parcel and building structure must be located within a maximum radius of one kilometer from the Mahendra Highway, the primary East West transportation artery of the nation.
Dedicated Road Access
The property must possess direct access to a dedicated public motorable road measuring at least 16 feet in width. Properties lacking proper road access or facing right of way limitations will be automatically disqualified.
Structural and Spatial Specifications for the Property
Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has established clear land area and building capacity requirements to ensure the site can comfortably accommodate provincial administrative operations, client service centers, executive offices, meeting rooms, secure storage facilities, and staff workstations.
