According to Chynabazar Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Stutee Shrestha, the company handles everything from direct factory sourcing in China and independent import logistics to warehousing and last-mile distribution.

“Because the entire process, from sourcing and importing to warehousing and distribution, is managed under a single system, delivery times are significantly reduced while pricing remains transparent and competitive,” Shrestha stated.

To bridge the gap between online and offline retail, Chynabazar also inaugurated its first Experience Store in the Guna Complex, Kathmandu. This physical showroom allows customers to inspect and test products before making a purchase.

The company has ambitious expansion plans, aiming to open additional offline retail experience stores in major cities such as Birgunj and Bhairahawa in the first phase, followed by a nationwide rollout of its network.
